Chapter of the Year Award

In order to be nominated for Chapter of the Year, your chapter must:

1.     Submit an accurate written report to the secretary on time every quarter.

2.     Recruit the most new members

3.     Have the highest number of  members attend the:

• Schools of instructions

• Cabinet meetings

• Official visits

• O.E.S. instructional classes

4.     Visit their sick and shut in members at least twice an quarter.

 If Chosen to be Chapter of the Year, your chapter will receive:

•  A trophy with chapters name

• A Free page in the Grand chapter’s Brochure ( valued at $ 100)

  THE DEPUTY OF THE YEAR AWARD

   

  In order to be selected as the Deputy of the Year the Deputy must:

1.     Attend the meetings of their assigned chapters at least twice a quarter.

2.     Be a mentor to the Matrons of their assigned chapters

3.      Submit a (written) progress report quarterly, explaining the progress of their assigned chapters.

If chosen Deputy of the Year, the Deputy will receive a complimentary night at a hotel during the

Grand Session
