Queen Of Sheba Chapter #5, OES, Minnesota Jurisdiction was established November 29, 1925 under the authority of Grand Chapter of Minnesota, Prince Hall Affiliated.  The Grand Chapter Officers were: Arlivia Mckinzie, Grand Worthy Matron, George L. Hoage, Grand Worthy Patron, Minnie Richey Adams, Grand Worthy Associate Matron, Doris M. Roper, Grand Secretary. The 1^st officers of Queen Of Sheba #5 were: Marie Allen, Worthy Matron, Rebeque D. Foree, Associate Matron, Ardelia Allen, Conductress, Cora Dillinham, Associate Conductress, Bessie B. Robert, W. Secretary, Beatrice Bibb, W. Treasurer, and J.E. Glass was appointed Worthy Patron.
